ACUM, the body that administers rights for Israel’s performance industry, recently announced the winners of its annual awards.

One of the recipients, Achinoam Nini, announced she will not be collecting the award because of another recipient, Ariel Zilber. Nini disagrees with Zilber’s right-wing views, so she is banning the award ceremony and renouncing the monetary prize that goes along with it.
I have one question. If instead of 10,000 shekels (less than $3,000), the award would have been, say, one million shekels – do you still think Nini would have been so ideological about her co-recipients?
